David C. Osborne (Oz)



David Osborne (Oz) is the information manager serving The Headquarters of the Department of the Air Force, Office of the General Counsel, as well as clients at the Secretariat, Air Staff, Space Staff and Major Command level.

Oz is a member of the General Counsel Executive Services (SAF/GCS) team where he provides a variety of technical and information systems services on a wide variety of data platforms.

Prior to joining the Department of the Air Force in January 2020, Oz was with the Department of the Army for 26 years serving in a variety of assignments ranging from Active Duty, Reserve and Active Guard and Reserve while simultaneously serving as a Deputy Sheriff, Leon County, Florida from 2000-2015.
