MISSION

SAF/GCR leads two unique, specialized programs that protect and promote Air Force mission objectives. The Contractor Responsibility Program evaluates the ethics and compliance practices of Air Force business partners. The office performs contractor and grantee responsibility reviews under FAR Subpart 9.4 and 2 CFR 1125, and pursues legal remedies in cases of misconduct. The Conflict Resolution Program promotes the use of negotiation skills and alternative dispute resolution to improve conflict management across all mission areas.
